Straight Pool Suggestions

OK. I have read through this thread. Is this guy for real?
He states that running 303 balls is not a big deal and he thinks that 20% of the forum can run 200 balls. I'm calling BS until we see a video of him running a few racks at least.
Maybe he is just adding the balls up by the numbers on them? that's how he got to 303 and thinks it's no big deal?

M.M. sounds like that person needs to move to CO and get better weed/perspective of Reality. Another said a person running 300 doesn't need to read/learn anymore....huh :scratchhead:

I always wished there was a more up to date version of this page.
I suspect some of the figures are outdated or wrong.

But basically, it has only about 30 guys who beyond all doubt ran over 300:

300 puts Pidge over famous names like Mika Immonen, Tony Robles, Johnny Archer, even Ralph Greenleaf(!).

I wouldn't be surprised if less than 100 people ever ran over 300 in the history of this game,
living or dead. I still hope he passes it though. Not a lot of people on earth who can even
remotely hope to break Mosconi's record. Maybe Pidge is one of them.

I think there are probably 100 people playing now who could run 300 if there was money in 14.1 and they played it a lot. You may never have heard of Tom Jennings, but he ran 100 every day in practice (according to an interview he gave). I think there are more relative unknowns like that out there, and some of them are in China.

There are plenty of people here that can help. If you post a video, even just a few racks? I'm sure you'll get some opinions, pointers, and advice.
