John is a great guy and a excellent example for pool players. I don't think it is appropriate to use him to further beat up on Earl. Yes Earl has some problems or personal demons to deal with but he is clearly a champ and has been for many years and should be respected for his numerous pool accomplishments. What is your problem with him? Did he do something to you? Do you even know the man?

EARL HAS ALREADY BEEN DUMPED BY CUETEC SO THE MALE JOB IS OPEN. AS I HAVE REFUSED THEIR OFFER, CUETEC SHOULD HIRE SCHMIDT TO COMPLEMENT THEIR CLASSY REPRESENTATIVE, ALLISON FISHER. I MET EARL WHEN HE WAS ABOUT 19 AND WATCH HIM AS RECENTLY AS THE DERBY CITY CLASSIC WHEN HE BERATED A NICE OLD LADY FOR NO REASON, TAUNTED THE CROWD AND HIS OPPONENT AND JUST ACTED WEIRD. I AM A MAVERICK IN LIFE BUT EARL IS RUDE, EMBARRASSING TO OUR COUNTRY WHEN PLAYING INTERNATIONALLY, WHINER, MAYBE NEEDS HELP BUT I AM NOT QUALIFIED FOR THAT DECISION, BUT WAS A GREAT CHAMPION UNTIL HE HAS SNAPPED. I FEEL SORRY FOR HIM AS I HAVE A FRIEND WHO PLAYS GOLF WITH HIM AND SAYS HE IS A NICE GUY; DON'Y KNOW ABOUT GOLF BUT POOL CREATES A MONSTER THAT THE GAME DOESN'T NEED.

EARL DOES NOT WANT TO PLAY ME AS I WOULD NOT TAKE HIS RUDENESS IF DEMONSTRATED BUT WOULD BE HONORED TO PLAY A GREAT PLAYER AS GENTLEMEN.
 
Well since nobody wants it Cuetec i will take Earls job..just pay me the first of each month..let me know.Thanks:)

you know earl is so talented that if he behaved better he would have such a huge following.he would be like elvis or something in the pool world.but i do have to say something it kind of bugs me when i hear people say well earl has character.honestly when i dog it and lose or someone gets real lucky and lucks balls in it drive me nuts but anyone can act like a big baby when they lose and berate the crowd bad mouth the opponent etc.thats not character ,thats easy to do ,we all want to act like that but refrain because its wrong.ill tell what i think is not having character but being a real charecter is after a match and everything is going bad and the crowd is saying you dogged it and the table played bad etc to suck it up act like a man tell your opponent good shooting bud and go sit down .now that is having and being a character .i know that if i started acting like a jerk ,saying im the greatest ever,telling the crowd,opponents,refs,tourneydirectors etc to go to hell everytime i lost ,and basically acting like you know who.i would guaranteed get sponsored the next day and many more people would watch me play.that kind of makes me sick because i think its true.but im going to continue with being boring and trying to respect people around me when i lose ,because believeme that is 500 times harder to do than act like a 5year old.now i want to say that most of the guys on tour are super when they lose,rodney,corey,charlie,johnny,robles etc.well anyway that took me an hour to write im tired now lol talk to you later guys

This response is exactly why John would be a tremendous addition to the Cuetec brand. If the decision were to pick another rep regardless of sex, Jeanette Lee, " the Black Widow" is another class act as is Allison and Mr. Schmidt.

I'm thinkin John Schmidt for president. Well... at least John Schmidt as spokesman for anybody's pool related company. Somebody had better snatch this guy up quick. He's the real deal and is EXACTLY what any company needs in a public relations/marketing position.

HEY CUETEC!!! ARE YOU LISTENING!!! If you put John on board as your front man I'll buy a cue. And I'm not kidding.... that's a promise. If he's put on your team and he plays with your cue and he says it's what he recommends then I'll buy one because if John Schmidt says it you can put it in the bank. Simple as that.

Nothing against getting the dvd that way but why not pm John and buy direct from him. That way he makes more $$$ off the sale... no middle man.

He doesn't do paypal and told me that's because he doesn't know how. Maybe somebody that knows puter stuff can contact him and help him do paypal and then he'll be able to sell more tapes.

Jim... looking for ways to help those pros make a buck!!

Not sure but I believe that Jeanette is already sponsored by the parent company of Cuetec, J&S sales/Imperial. I think the real problem for Cuetec is finding a pro that would be willing to play with their equipment. :p ;)

I feel the same as you do. Appreciate the other post about getting it from Platinum but I would rather see John get all the money.
 
Trading Strickland for Schmidt would be a huge step forward for Cuetec.

I met John when he was in Vancouver in a tournament at Rack's. Class act and I believe he won the tournament too.

I met Strickland in Vegas and thought he was just as much an asshole then as he is now. People who say he's changed for the worse are talking out of their asses.
