Easy there...Superman hasn't dies yet.

ha ha!

Yes, I am a Shane fan.
Shane has reached levels of dominance as well (like his US Open appearances), but when I search deep down inside and compare the two top gears - Shaw just has this level where the champion-caliber competition just isn't a factor.

I seriously look forward to the possibility of them playing tomorrow - so much so, I'm gonna hobble myself out there with a fractured foot!:grinning-moose:

Today will be a bloody war! Let's get ready to rumble!

Who's going ot win? This will be a toughie and I'm sure a fight to the finish.

As good as Donnie Mills is playing, I have to go with Shane and Shaw will win at 11 and play each other in the hot seat match at 3pm

The 1 pm battle will be very interesting.
My prediction will be hatch, mills, mika and Earl will be duking it out.

This is a Sunday for the ages.

Hats off to local pro Bucky Souvanthong who's been playing top notch, defeated Rodney Morris last night, and made his way into Sunday. First local player to make it into Sunday in my past 10 years of watching turning stone classics.

Donny Mills is looking good...can a man be in the auto biz...and win a big one?
....stay tuned

Donny mills is a great all around player but winner breaks 9 ball is his bread and butter. Always has been. I wouldn't be surprised if he won it. But shaw absolutely is my favorite rotation player to watch in the world he has that super fast high gear without the careless misses that Coke with most ryhtm players. He's literally earl jr

Coke? What does that mean?

The event needs to oblige him with some walk-up music:

"Yes I get up, 7 yeah, and I go to work at 9
Got no time for livin' yeah, I'm workin' all the time

Seems to me I could live my life
Lot better than I think I am
I guess that's why they call me
They call me the workin' man"

I won't attempt to mimic Geddy Lee via keystrokes though...

I missed it - is it archived?

upstate Al is usually really good and putting some content up on YouTube. Like he did with the infamous Shaw curb stomping of Mika in 20 minutes. I'm sure this Shaw vs earl performance will get up there as well.

Thanks - as fast as both of those guys play it shouldn't take long to watch.

damn i was rooting for that guy. those side pockets treated him real bad. i thought that angle he would knock the 5 off that rail.
