Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember reading on here a while back that someone had put a hook in their ceiling and dropped a line down to put around their elbow. I'm sure you could figure out where it belonged with a little experimentation...DrCue'sProtege said:funny, when Scott Lee was here last saturday and we were covering my dropping the elbow, i almost said something about how a guy should be able to build a sling/harness, or some kind of training device, that would keep his elbow where its supposed to be.
i guess the question is.........where is it truly supposed to be? collapsed? slightly bent? or straight?
but then again, we've got this covered in another thread.
