I was wondering if anybody down south knows of any strong players from florida that are traveling in the midwest region?...The alleged name is supposedly Josh from west haven, florida.?.....i know that's probably not who it is...but he's a younger guy probably 25 at the most short sandy hair....plays very good. I would appreciate it if anybody has any ideas at all....
thanks

Where's the love, man. That's Josh, except for that last part.

He lost to Archer 9-7 at the Predator in Orlando in May o3. I was told he was 20 at the time.

With the internet a pool player has no way of hiding now. LOL

For those of you who think Josh can't play, maybe he's been practicing. The consensus of the top players in Indy is that this kid plays at a top professional level (if you don't think so, bring your money because I think he likes to gamble).

Miah,
Do you know where in indy hes at? Airport maybe? Has he matched up with any of the heavy hitters? Thanks

Wille, who did he play? is in still in town? I like to sweat the action.lol Thanks

Nobody said the kid can't play. There's a fine line between world beater and short stop that tons of players straddle. But if he ever came around he'd get some courtesy action.

Sweat-man,
I've only seen him play 2 of the 3 nights he's been here. Played George B. some 9 foot 9-ball (marathon session), played Big Arm J. some 7 foot 9-ball, and played Jeff C. some 9 foot 15 ball banks. He was still here late last night.

Senor,
This kid plays WAY, WAY, WAY far above a shortstop. He can match up with anyone, and doesn't have to lose.

Willie, Thanks.Hopefully he will be there tonight.Im will be up that way after work hopefully i can see some action.
Where do you normally play at?

I saw him try to give Leil Gay a spot,last2? 8? and he did not like it one bit. Not ready to take on everyone but just most everyone.

Sweat-man,
League night (Thursday) at Airport, usually just play at home, occasional tournament at Chalkies.

BlackBall,
Yes, the consensus is that a top pro is supposed to beat him, but doesn't have to.

Indy hot spot

Well it seems the young gun has left Indy and was on his way south eventually back to Fl.
However it was a treat to walk in last night and see none other than Ike Runnels playing George B. 1 pocket...... even
Ike had just played Waldo in 1 pocket before matching up with George.

Ike suppose to be still in town on Saturday night so we shall see if there is anything tonight.........later

RE: Young Fl player

He was in Chattanooga a week or so ago and played Billy Bailey giving 8 and the break. He lost. Didn't watch much of the match so never got a feel for his speed but not many people can give Bailey that much weight.

hes at the j.o.b.

hes at the j.o.b. loking to play shane v. tonight just got off the phone with him. wants the 7 out. wow.plays to strong for a spot .

thanks

Thanks for identifing the kid from florida. I hope you all know that I don't agree with "knocking". I have found this forum to be a good place for information, but, i think that some of us should be careful about the info we are putting on here about who played who, who won, what the spot was, etc. etc. because it hinders those that are out there trying to make money.

Just my opinion.

thanks
