hmmmmm....
Who knows who it went to, unless you are the one who has it now. And as we all know, that will never be revealed.
But then again, it is the OP's cue, and he can sell it how he deems appropriate, and to any person he wants. Just because you say "I do", doesn't mean that is what will happen. In the end it the seller's right to do what he wants, but I will say it was clever, and he gets an "A" in marketing and building HYPE for his sale. He gets an "F" in integrity, but then I bet he doesn't truly care. It just might stop a lot of people from buying from him in the future, of course if he posts something else that is highly regarded, many of those might just change their tune.
I heard Dale Perry sells some really unique 1of1 cues over there on ebay
- they must be in huge demand:grin:
JMHO -
Michael (wish I would have bid a little more for this ST cue - under $900 it was a steal) But then again, I am insane!!! But then again - insane pays the bills!!!!
pretty sure this went to the highest bidder after the op realized his price was too low. Sure didnt go to the first two guys who said they would take it!

High demand, low supply, and top quality make Eric's cues worth the price. If it ain't your cup of tea, no problem, but they seem to be selling pretty well at their asking prices, so it looks as though many disagree with you. But you are allowed your own opinion, and you aren't hurting Eric or his fans by saying this. Call me crazy, or whatever you want, but I'll always pay top dollar for quality. But if quality doesn't mean much to you, then Ebay has quite a few options for you. And I am sure there are quite a few quality cuemakers out there with low pricing, but they might not have become household names yet, so their prices would be lower, in order to get their name out to the buying public.I realize that Sugartrees and in high demand right now, and that Eric doesn't make many cues, but the price they're commanding right now indicates that a lot of cue buyers should be in an asylum.
