I figured they got paid very good for that last event.

Discredit others won't make you better.
What will you do if Sheraton Internet Provider suddenly has a problem and shut down the stream ? The problem in the W9CP come from the internet provider, what could kozoom do? Btw, they never has any other problem like buzzing sound.
And to be honest the stream in the last 2 days was a joke with matches between whoever nobody care to watch. It's also a good idea of no loop because it's in the middle of the week so you make sure those who work cannot watch the stream.
One advice for the organizer.
You are the one who set up the match schedule, look at the bracket. If one session has few good matches and others don't, then you may try to reschedule one or two interesting matches to make sure the TV are full of good matches. You have the whole bracket so don't say you can't improvise it. Easiest way to do if the bracket is too confusing is list all the matches for the day and pick from it.
Is this incompetence caused by the "supposed" tournament director was not there anymore ?

If they did not get at LEAST 100K to go half way around the world, with tons and tons of gear, be there for 1 week with a crew of who knows how many, set up cameras and lighting and scoreboards for each table, set up a website where we can click on each table, and also have the knowledge base to do all of the above, then I will eat my hat

It's mostly overhead costs.
The equipment you were talking about actually only a hand camera + a laptop for each satellite tables. Main table has 2,3 pro cam. Their crew are very compact, something like 1,2 cameraman + 3 others. I was there in one of the tournament they were streaming so I know how they roll. Their screw are at maximized efficiency. You actually need very few people to run the system.
30k excludes travel and hotel is doable I think.
Let me make clear I do NOT speak for Accu-Stats. I help them online.
I speak for myself and I know more about this game than most.
I like what I do and I like helping a class act.
So you should edit your post to reflect that. Or not.
But in the future if you get it confused I will remind you asap.

And please go around the chat and the forum, and have a look at other people's opinions about this tournament's organization, then you may take my advice to Accu-stats, that is helping them.

Second this, some match pick were disastrous..
And people paid for it. When ppl buy stuff, they buy things they like/want or with quality, in this case it's not.
This simply explained why the unhappy customers.. besides that buzzing sound lasting for almost all day..
On the contrary, it's the best thing out there in terms of streaming for pool.
Better quality. More options. No commentary, and when they did have commentary, it was usually top shelf.
Please don't take my suggestion or comments as a slight to Accu Stats. I love what they do, and I'm thankful for Pat for saving the US Open. That doesn't mean there isn't any room for improvement.

For goddess sake who care about Ernesto D. (nothing personal, I love him) vs So Shaw or Gallego Vs Rocha.
Is it that difficult to have, for example,
9am : Corr vs Jayson
11am: hohmann vs biado
And don't tell me the most anticipated match so far between Justin and Shane will not be streamed. That's unbelievable.

I assure you it had nothing to do with you.
You do a lot of complaining, maybe the solution is for you to just go out there and then you can watch what ever match you want.
Since money doesn't matter.
But then I guess it would just be something else to complain about. Too much ice in you pop or something.......
