I picked up a Rugged Ultimate from JB last week....and it's a bad-ass, no B.S. case. Light as hell, too....even with cues loaded up in it.

Also got it a day earlier than expected. JB was on-point with shipping.

Agree, don't post here, just give him a call, shoot him a text, or find him on FB. I've used all of them to talk to John and always got quick responses.

I bought an ultimate rugged 3x6 and loved it so much I ordered a 2x5 the next weekend. Really nice cases, amazing protection for your money. I've been playing out of my 3x6 for the last 10 days or so and it's just a really well thought out case.

Makes me want a leather one at some point too....

Hahahahahah love you Chris ... The best cues take a long time to obtain sometimes, atleast they all will be safe and sound as and when they arrive lol
