Hello guys, I picked up this beautiful Omega dpk from Ken Kernner thanks buddy. This cue is a ultra rare Omega dpk because it's a 6 pointer with veneers. Only a few Omega dpk cues have 6 points with veneers. To top it off it's ebony on ebony with red and black veneers. This is the best looking Omega dpk I have ever seen. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I do. Happy Holidays to all my friends on AZbilliards.:ok:

Very cool buddy! If you want to send it to me, I'll test drive it for you...:):).

Hope you get back to hitting balls soon!

congrats

Great cue, Chris....and solid job with the photos. Cues like that are hard to photograph well, imo.

Awesome cue

This badass cue was getting lost in the shuffle so I thought I'd bump it up for a few more looks. I bet this cue plays outstanding Chris and you know I love it.. Congrats on acquiring it, Jerry

put a black elephant ear wrap on that and it will be bad ass!

thanks for sharing

Your right an elephant ear wrap would look Killer. So that's what I'm going to do next week. It will really look mean after the new wrap is installed. I knew I was going to put one on it as soon as I saw this beautiful cue.

Have Rick from Esoteric Cues do the re-wrap. He just did a complete refinish and re-wrap (from linen to leather) on my five point Omega/DPK and it looks beautiful. When he removed the linen wrap he discovered that the handle was marked 8/89. He gave me many choices of leather to choose from including elephant ear but I wanted to stay with a wrap texture from that early period. It is a very early cue (flaired butt cap completely intact) and perhaps the first batch to be released.

Rick specializes in refinishing/repairing Omega/DPK cues...he has done many and is quite familiar with the history and the product line.
