Aren't Shane and Appleton in Thailand now. The army has taken over the government, marshal law, and a curfew. I wonder if they are in any danger? Johnnyt
 
I believe Shane is in the Dominican Republic and I believe Darren has been doing work on his house in PA. That's what I've gleaned from Facebook at least.

for some reason, mid-late JUN date sticks in my head. so i don't think they are there yet. but there absolutely is concern. i can't get my containers out of Port.

Yeah, I think you're right, it's June.
I hope they release your containers soon. That's got to hurt. Johnnyt
 
They are coming from 10th to 19th of June.
Am living in Bangkok at the moment and yeah its curfew at the moment but I think it will not last more than a week or so...

Hopefully the situation will be ok and these two great players will come here as I am thrilled to see them playing here :)

Political unrest seems to be an annual thing in Thailand. The only time I went (around 2005-6), the day I bought the tickets they showed a tank parked in the street!

It settled out pretty quickly - without any shots being fired.
