SVB doesn't remove the magic rack

I would much rather see a wired corner ball than 2 guys endlessly inspecting the rack.

Have we forgotten the dark times, when we had a thousand threads about the players we would never watch again, coz they spent so much time inspecting the rack?
 
Is it that the magic rack creates a tight rack or the divot the balls are placed in? Not sure why the magic rack isnt designed so the balls fit tight inside the rack and not on the rack.

I feel the same way, it is disrupting watching a match with it on the table. I find myself paying more attention to when the shooter is going to remove it then the play on the table. I then hate when they put it on the rail.I like an old fashion triangle rack.

I actually think we SHOULD NOT be able to remove it and it should remain on the table like a sand trap in golf....at least we could make use of an otherwise disruptive piece of equipment. I'm a bit old fashioned in this respect, I think the "triangle" rack should remain part of the game......they have great triangle racks, DUFFY in San Antonio makes one of the very best.

I agree. The only people that are complaining about racking are players in rotation games. Diamond makes a solid wood rack, Delta 13 racks are some of the best out there, and the Sardo rack is still out there and can be used. I'd like to see one of the DUFFY racks and try one out.

I agree about the Magic Rack too, it should be stuck to the table and not removed. That would eliminate shifted or off angle racking by players.
 
If you play with it all the time it's easy to get lazy about removing it.
I think you get more likely to ignore it after playing for a long time.

I've seen SVB remove it every time and also ignore it over and over.
I don't think shane would ever leave it if he felt he had to dodge it with the cue ball
or if he thought it might affect any shot or leave.

I definitely don't think he does it to intimidate anyone, and the high level players
he goes up against probably don't even notice or care.
