Thank you.

To everyone else, I appreciate your generous (?) offers but the window is closed.

(and yes, I might play if I get the right weight.... )

Yo Matt,

When are we gonna play again? I haven't been in action for a long, long, long time. All of my fishes have swam away. I am the fish now!!

I probably can't win anymore. Let me know dude!!

bayawak aka tirador
"No more spot for you, dude!!!"

Matt is sending me to Manila to stand in for him. Will you be there too?

Stranger things have happened. I make Earl the underdog, but he definitely has a chance. I said this from the beginning, if somehow he finds the old magic.
OMG,can someone throw me $200.:eek:I just hope you can sleep at night Jay.;) :D

7 and the breaks and bring plenty of money. You've got action kind sir!

If you're real nice, I'll take 8 and the breaks and ball in hand after every break. ;)

I shouldn't have agreed to triple the bet our last set or you wouldn't have ended up ahead (you darn good filipino gamblers). I was strong those first two sets and lost some steam in the third set and let you get away. I had to agree to jack up though, right? I was steam rolling. (LOL)

You'll need to give Jay some weight though Mel...he's an old man now - heck - he can barely walk around the table (sshhh....stay with me on this Jay).

While I'm thinking about it - I must admit that you are/were "quite" the Fisherman. I was always surprised at the guys I would see matching up with you. Must be that Filipino charm man.....

I asked one of the local guys to match up one time and got cursed out. The next time I was trying to be friendly and asked just to practice and he wouldn't even acknowledge me. What the heck is going on???? This would be the kind of guy you'd talk into gambling for $50 or $100 a set..lol.

Manil trip

Unfortunately, my work load right now is on the heavy side which precludes my going out of the country, or for that matter anywhere far from my work. I really wish I can go and sweat some of my horses' matches down home but I am afraid that it will not happen.

Enjoy yourself Jay, you lucky half Filipino you, heh, heh, heh!!

By way, I loved watching your one pocket game last week at QMaster.

Did James Walden and that dude from Florida play? Who won?

Dude,

You have to get to their good side and once you get there that's when you set the hook and don't let go.

Oh, and don't forget to say "I got lucky" after the match, bwah, hah, hah.

It always works.

That was you Mel? Right.

Donnie Mills beat Walden for three dimes.

Matt,

I just saw Jay last weekend playing and I am telling you that man moves around the table like a dancer!! Old my butt!! He can move and shoot when he wants too.

They don't call him a legend for nothing... Right Jay???

Two things, Jay..

He got lucky or somebody was fishing!!

I lost fifty stinking bucks to that old hustler. And I'll never let him forget it either. :)

Good thing we went fishing before they started playing, otherwise i would have lost too.

Caught some nice ones though at the Atlantic..One guy caught a 48 inch red drum. Now that was a beeg, beeg feesh!!!

You are too much Mel....hahaha...

HEY! You didn't say you got lucky when you won the last set! What the?? :)

It will be intresting to see how Shane handles being the heavy favorite. When he played Corey he was the underdog and no real pressure because if he lost most pople thought he would. But now.... he is a heavy favorite against Earl and if Earl can bring some of the old fire power and can hang with Sahne I wonder if it will get to Shane. Bigggggggg difference in being an underdog and playing good with nothing to lose and being a heavy favorite knowing if you lose people will be like what the fu**.

How does 3-2 sound? My 150 to your 100. If it doesn't go for any reason all bets are off.

I prefer games on the wire, to be honest. Shane is without doubt heavy favourite in this match... Any offer?

They played ten ahead, even.
I'm guessing you watched the match. My buddy Kevin was sweating it too and he called me on the way home to tell me about it. He said that Donnie basically steamrolled James. Was it that one-sided?

Kevin told me he introduced himself to you.
