Sweet Gus Cue

Sweet

Wow Rod, I think I may have given you some motivation...lol

Super sweet cue buddy!! Let me know how it plays, but I bet I already know the answer.

Congrats buddy, Jerry

Sweet looking Gus you have there Rod. Those veneer colors really pop. When you get a chance, take some close ups of this bad boy. Congrats to ya buddy
Jeff

What a wonderful prototypical Gus Szamboti cue.

It doesn't get any better than that!

Congrats.

Thank you all, we changed Gus cues, new photo's are up now. It is just as sweet I think.

“Sweet Gus” is redundant. No idea why the switch, but it doesn’t matter. Gus Szamboti made great pool cues. It is a privilege to own and play with one. No matter how simple the design, Szamboti cues catch attention every time you go into a pool room, even from people who know nothing about collectable pool cues.

Congratulations!

Such a simple design, but what a hell of a cue. That when you know you have a master of his craft ;)

Gus

Rod, I love the ring work I look forward to seeing it in person. I am going to the SBE for the first time and bring home some cues so lets get together after that at my house and look at each others wood. LOL. Take care my friend

I've seen that cue in person a few times and the pictures truly don't do it justice. The veneers are beautiful. I almost pulled the trigger on it.

Well done

Always special to own a Szamboti. Congrats on a classic pick up.

I will be at SBE as well. Hopefully run into a few others with some special Szamboti's.

Thank you all, It will be hitting racks for sure. The balance and that special ping hit make it hard to put down.
