Ok here we go guys and gals. I am now in Toledo,Oh for the start of the legends and Champions Pool Tour (Mid-West)
Johnny arrives tomorrow and Earl should be here in an hour. We have our first exhibition tomorrow night here in Toledo.
I have to tell you all first of all I HATE flyng, this is something new to me as I have only began to have a fear of flying over the last 2 years or so. I have flown all over the world in the past with no problem but it just happened. I have figured out how to handle this though. I take a happy pill (anxiety pill) and drink a couple of beers before I get on the plane and it helps. Well I left from Phoenix at 10.00 am today and on a Sunday you can't buy alchohol before 10.00am so that was not good. However the airlines once on the plane do have beer for sale at the bargain price of $7.00. I mean they didn't even lube me up they just dry F**(ed me on that deal.
Anyway, in the past I have posted some of my stories of being on the road with Johnny and Earl and there has been alot of people who have responsed, emailed or called me telling me they enjoyed them. I think I am going to do it again if there is any interest I will take the time to get it on here . I look forward to meeting some of you on this trip and hopefully bring something special that the stops in the mid west will all enjoy. Oh by the way it started snowing GREAT I live in Arizona I get cold real easy.
So tomorrow is going to be day one. I can't wait to get going,

yes Mark, you have such a way with words. If you put it all down in a book, I'm sure it would make a great read. Best of luck this journey.

Some one needs to film one of Earl's rants when he is doing his trick shot exhibition and put that on YouTube
 
Hey guys thank you for the kind words. My internet connection in the hotel isn't very good but we start tonight and so I will do a report tomorrow sometime. Something has to happen between now and then. Man its cold here bbbrrrrrrrrr

Hey Mark,

You really should have a full-time camera man on the road with you on some of these road trips, namely the Archer / Strickland pool school. People would love to see Earl's ranting, I mean story telling and trick shots, Johnny's challenge matches, video clips of pool school lessons, and whatever other video footage you could come up with. I think there's a great deal of potential if you could get lots of hours of video footage from these road trips.

yeah mark i agree 100%! maybe you should make some recordings, of the johnny and earl pool tour, i know it may be costly to make proffesional dvd's, but if on youtube you could put some fottage, it would promote the whole thing to people outside as well as iside the usa! ( hint, hint, you know what i mean)
