Table installation time, start to finish?

Who does rails in 45 minutes! Yikes it takes me about 2 hours, minimum. I've never been able to do those quickly. Everything else I am on the same schedule...so overall it will take me about 6-7 hours. But then again, I am not a real mechanic. I am pretty much a hack (but not as bad as some of the stuff I saw on the "Hack" thread!)

With new rails 45 min to an hour give or take a few minutes if you have experience doing rails.
Whether new or old rails if you sort of assembly line it seems to go faster.
Like on old rails - pull staples on all 6 rails first, install all cloth and featherstrips, then staple-up each rail to completion.
This way you're not constantly changing tools.

I like to change off. That way my hands do not cramp up as much.

It takes as long as it takes cold weather faster to stay warm, Hot weather slower to stay cool. New table faster, beat up with rebuild longer. Glue versus staple only a few minute difference. It all comes down to the quality and expertise of the installer no matter what brand table. Assuming it has all the parts at time of install.
