has anyone here had good dealings with talisman
i ordered a case on the 8th and haven't recieved it, also he hasn't responded to my recent emails and i'm getting nervous

Just out of curiosity, was it shipped from Thailand or The USA? Tony's USA orders used to be fulfilled from here in Illinois.

I just wanted to know if that is still true?

PS: His cases are really nice.
 
I ordered one in the summer and it never showed up on my credit card statement, so I emailed Tony about it and he did take a wile to respond to my emails, my case came in within a week i ordered it and I got my response email the day the case came in, it was shipped from Thailand

snazzy towel

1 talisman break tip

plus 1 ash shaft blank that will make a superior whuppin stick

All of the tips I have ever ordered have come from Bangkok but I have larger size tips made so they may have never stocked them here. I've used well over 2,000 of them now and am very happy with both the tips and the service.

No need to be concerned. Tony Talisman is a great guy and makes evrything right! I'm sure he is busy.

PS: Tony made a case for me that is spectacular. Made of Stingray hide and leather. It is a one of a kind and is truly a work of art with all of the inlaid stingray hide. Case is worth approx. $1,200.00

Actually his name is Tony Jones. Talisman is his brand name.

Thailand is the best place for stingray. I'm sure your case is beautiful.
 
Tony is the bomb!

Tony Jones is a stand up guy, with a superior product. I've never heard anything bad about any dealings with him. I love my Talisman tips...they last for years!

Yeah the Talisman tips give others the 5 out IMHO though I shoot with Elkmaster pretty much exclusively. (personal pref)

I'd like to order a Talisman case , but i'm from Europe.Are the cases only custom made or i can get one from stock?

You can see some of the cases that are available and buy them from Greg at Billiard Warehouse site. Great guy. I've bought several cues and cases from him. Excellent service.

They can be ordered stock or custom made. My Stingray case was custom designed and made to my specifications. It gets a lot of compliments.
