Taom Chalk

After I switched to the V10, I found myself miscueing a lot more than normal. About 10x more, actually. I switched to the Pyro in January (after Derby) and haven't miscued since. Of course I could just develop a better stroke, but failing that, switching to Pyro has solved my miscueing issue, and gives me almost as much grip as the Triangle I'd been using before.
Wow,,10 times as many miscues because you are using Toam V10 chalk. Better find yourself a better chalk to help stop that problem. I for one have seen very little of that problem happening , no worse than Masters for me. Hardly ever, miscue

I think I’ve said this before But I started only chalking once a game when I started using kamui. One night I forgot my chalk at home so I had to use the masters chalk that was at the bar. I still did my normal routine and didn’t miscue once lol I also spent some time using predator with the same results. maybe it’s just in our head lol

Not allowed at they pool halls I play, have to have blue.
It‘s a good question. I’ll say it doesn’t leave any marks so I don’t know how you would notice. I prefer blue as well but I don’t give it a thought because I’m not staring at my tip when shooting lol
Firstly the V10 have been developed for snooker may be!
I’m assuming it’s just to differentiate itself from everyone else.

Yes i have, And i would say the V10 is better. I bought the Pyro and in about 3 months of use I have to pull the first layer of the chalk. I bought V10 in march and i haven't even coming close to pulling the first layer
Will be starting into my 3rd cube later this month or maybe august. I chalk on every shot as part of routine , so being a chalk that you don't have to use on each and every shot doesn't come into play.
In as a room owner saying that blue is the only allowed chalk, that's his play . As most rooms are of course using Masters, if I were there , that's what I would use,,,but won't be using it anymore on my table at home.

Add popping sugar pills before every match and it will increase your CB control exponentially....

I used green Triangle chalk back in my snooker days. Pretty sure it's still around and what was in vogue prior to Taom V-10 hit the pro snooker circuit

I don’t think so since your results are definitely not the norm of most people and in general better players are able to appreciate and have more feel for subtleties
