TAR 27: Bustamante is Waiting....June 1-3, 2012

"Pool halls are in the business of accomodating these players and the old school players or atleast the very good players that gamble, are ignored or not recognized by their greatness.

The average league player wouldn't even know who's who or recognize a legendary house pro. This is ruining the game but atleast leagues bring in money to the pool hall."

The comedic part is somebody that says this, then backpedals and cries about "why should I know" who people are. Too bad I don't set autologging on my home computer, eh?

Not backpedaling at all.

Average pool players don't know who a house pro is...It's true because the APA players are usually in the back of the room and not up front getting to know the local greats.

Alex and those pros that came to visit are not legends in my pool room. They were visiting...lol. The dudes on the podcast are definitely not legends in my room either.

Hey Dom you'll never guess who I played at a tournament one time...

Larry NEVEL!! Isnt that the coolest??

But there are people who play pool, and there are pool players!

Well if it makes you feel any better as uneasy as watching that made you it is not even close to how annoyed the fat guy gets reading posts on the internet by retarded hide behind a screen name guy.

I'm still laughing at this ... ;)

I'm in agreement about the whole, "sitting there with smug grin on his face" situation over the break cue. I have seen that look on MD's face personally and it even rubs me the wrong way.

Dennis is abrasive, but he didn't start anything. Sad that he replied in kind, but that "attitude" is what brings it out. That's why Dennis got a free pass for the most part. You just have a way of making people go on tilt.

And poor Danny ... that was addressed and answered, you just didn't read it or chose not to accept it.

Some days I wonder (especially with retarded hide behind a screen name guy's replies) if something about pool and billiards causes brain damage... None of this is rocket science.

I saw you in Vegas. You are working your way back to the dark side.

They always come back.

Dudes gone ninja diet again, chubs.... He said earlier he's been to the gym twice today. I think we've lost this one forever.

I'll first say that I think TAR is great.
I have to agree a little bit about Justin and Mark talking over each other and the player(s) on the podcast. The Mike and Dennis podcast was pretty much unwatchable. Justin seems to have reigned that in quite a bit during the Johnny podcast, but Mark seemed to still do it. Maybe not as much, though.

One other thing that I have to say. Justin, being in a business that has sponsors and is probably looking for more sponsors, you might want to not use the word retard as an insult to people....or at all for that matter. I will be the first to admit I have done that my whole life and now try to catch myself just for P.C. reasons. It's not much different than the N word in most people's eyes today. Can you imagine if Coca Cola was a sponsor and you let that fly on a broadcast? I'm not trying to scold you or anything like that. Just meant as a friendly heads up.
