TAR PPV Awesome

If you have never seen a TAR PPV you're missing out. The show that these guys put on is amaizing. I watched the Morra VS Domingez match and i was really surprised at the great strides in terms of improvments in the quality of the show. I had have watched the SVB and Alex match ups and the Morra Bergman before that and this is now in my opinion the best iteration and every promoter out there should take note. If you do a stream at your event, these are the guys you should call first. 3 camera's (i think) plus a bevvy of guest comentators, great crowd, amazing players and match-ups action, you name it. By people who know pool, love pool, care for pool players. One glaring weakness and i'll let TAR staff know if i ever meet them in person.

I was surprised at the outcome of this duel, Oscar seemed to have put the squeeze on John at every turn, obviously i picked John as the favorite and only gained respect for Oscar who on day 2 played awesome on a monster table, it proved to big a lead to overcome. I hope that John being 0-2 on TAR is not going to hurt too much in the long run, i can't imagine what it is like to be in that position at still a yougn age. I would back him up anytime.

Hats Off!!

TAR put on an amazing show that did not disappoint. The overall quality of the stream was 2nd to none IMO.

Thanks Again TAR for a great feed. I can't wait for the next one!!!

A+ quality!

I watched Kirkwood vs Schmidt and now Morra vs Dominguez, and let me just say that these guys are the nuts. What improvement. How can't you order a full weekend of high quality pool for $25? Great work guys. I couldn'r find a thing wrong. Everyone involved really did a greta job. A+ on the announcing too.

I agree. TAR has great PPV streams and the best matches. I didn't get to watch this weekends match, had to work. I also bought the TAR patches and they were nice, great quality, 3 of them for $10 and I got them in three days. Thanks TAR.:clapping:

Tar stream on laptop outstanding!!

I have no clue how any of this works. All I know is that my little HP lap top with Verizon wireless 'antenna' displayed a great stream.

The production by TAR w/multiple camera views cutting in was great.

How much of this quality is related to a high capacity broadband connection in place at Hard Times? Is this something that was put in place back when IPT was having qualifiers at HT?

Doesn't really matter except to thank current HT owners for the investment in this technology (either inherited or recently put in place).

Thanks to ALL for just completed Morra-Oscar event. TOP NOTCH.

They let me in the booth for about to do commentary (Jay and Ken needed to eat dinner!)....and I gotta tell you, it was a world class set-up. It looked like a control room for a television event...complete with multiple cameras and Justin sitting behind a huge console and "directing" everything.

Congratulations to TAR for really setting the standard for streaming billiards events. And thanks for letting me participate for a short while during my visit! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

And of course, congrats to our players. Even though Oscar won, I think both young players showed class, dignity, and world-class talent. They are our future!

did anyone find the tiny viewer a problem ?

it may have been half the size of the chat.

should not they be of equal size ?

i know you can zoom in but isn't it hard to scroll the picture to the center?

and then you lose part of the chat.

so to me avw (audiovideoweb) needs to change before tar gets another service.

i know another outfit that refuse to use avw because of that crappy viewer. and the ratio of the chat compared to it. they figured it was not worth the price of ppv.
