What do you mean “seriously”? At the base of the ferrule it is 12.59 not to mention that the shaft isn’t straight. Not sure why you posted this on your thread. I was keeping it private. But whatever you want to do. Shaft has a roll and is significantly smaller than advertised. I have absolutely no problem in escalating to PayPal if that is the way you want to go. I 100% guarantee that they side with me.

Here are more pics of the shaft. It doesn’t get to 12.75 until about 7” below the ferrule. See the pics for yourself.
