Upgrades appear to be inlays, Hoppe ring and a leather wrap. Can't tell if the joint protectors are from Pete or if the cue is full splice. Whatever they are, it is a nice cue.
 
The TASCARELLA CUSTOM CUE is the most under valued, under priced, in the current marketplace.
 
First guess would be changing the wrap to leather.

Second guess would be addition of inlays.

As far as I am concerned this is the best looking Tascarella i have seen

any more and they don't seem right
any less and they seem plain

I have a new ebont merry widow I thought would be perfect
until I looked on here again

I still like mine,
but yours really is perfect
 
I don't know what you mean by "upgrades", but this is classic Tascarella and a very nice cue. Congrats

Added to this would be bumperless true Hoppe option and perhaps ivory ferrules

Well, ok. Regardless of the "upgrades", it doesn't change the fact that your cue is an extremely nice one. They do great work. Enjoy!:)
