Thank you for bringing us this incredible ACTION coverage. I think it is awesome that I can sit at home and watch 3 days of world class pool for $25.00. Even if I was at the pool hall I would spend 5 times that amount of money just on food and drinks and everything while I watched this matchup. The quality of your video is very good and the only other thing that would make this match a little better is if I could hear all the trash talking Earl is doing for comedy purposes.

By the way, I think it would be great to see Shane play the winner of the ORIGINAL race to 100 (Color of Money). Years ago Earl and Efren had the first big race for the cash. I would love to see Shane step up against the greatest pool player of our time. The other great matchup I would love to watch would be Dennis Orcollo. I am a friend and a big fan of Shane's, but I would love to see a really close matchup where we really get to witness Shane bearing down and playing his absolute best. I know Big Nasty and some of the crew has seen Shane open up his game to another even higher level a time or two, like when he beat another top player in a 11 or 12 ahead race in about 45 minutes.

Either way, I want to say THANK YOU to Chad, Justin, Chuck, Jason, Tanner and everyone else that has been involved in bringing us this awesome ACTION!!!

Thanks,

Dakota

I agree. Thank you all.

I agree. The only things that I would like to see different is to be able to hear all the trash talking and if they could use the tv color balls. It would make it easier to see especially when I plug into a bigscreen. Thanks guys. Great job!

I agree... there is no better Action Challenge available than Efren Vs. Shane. Efren still needs to be dethroned from the original action challenge. The TAR guys should try to make this happen while Efren is still playing his best.

Since I can't play anymore or travel far to tournaments these TAR matches have been great for me. I get to watch some great player matching up for high stakes and sweat a few bets from in front of my PC. Out of 37 bets I'm 15W 22L...I'm easy,,,bring it on.:o Johnnyt

Minutia point. ding.

I would think SVB/ Orcullo is more appropriate. Then Efren can play the winner.

Like someone else said, this is going to have to be for at least $20k to get a filipino over here because of all the travel expenses. It would be pretty awesome to have it for $100k like the original COM challenge. I think it will only be possible to do an Action Challenge match for $10k if it is placed right around the DCC or something where the filipinos will already be in town.

Immediately right after the DCC would be the perfect time for one of the top Filipinos to challenge SVB. I heard they are going to be out in full force during the event.

This is the perfect time for Perry Mariano, aka Bugsy, to 'put his money where his mouth is' and back-up one of this top players against SVB. I think he has Dennis Orcullo, Lee Van Corteza, Ronnie Alcano and Roberto Gomez in his stable. Any one of these players would offer a greater challenge to Shane compared to Corey and Earl. If this happens, I would be one of the first to subscribe. SVB has proven that he is the top American player already. In this regard, I am not at all interested in a match-up with Rodney Morris or Johnny Archer anymore. SVB vs a top Filipino would be a bigger draw.

The Secret about Efren

Word is Efren has not been playing his best recently but the most recent word on the street is that Efren is going to come back with a vengeance in 2008. Details private. ;)

I think the 120 game nine ball race for $100,000.00 winner-take-all would make the Magician Appear. It would also give Shane a chance to silence many of the naysayers. GOOD IDEA!

Other than Efren's draw, because of his name, there is little to be gained in the match. Efren is not the best 10 or 9 ball player these days. All around, that may be a different story. It certainly would be a big draw for TAR. However, the best contest would be Dennis or Yang, as they already had the televised playoff for cash.

Of course the international flavor notwithstanding, Johnny Archer would keep Shane quite busy. That would be a great US matchup. Johnny's playing quite well nowadays.
