Thanks Everyone for their prayers

I just wanted to jump in and thank everyone for their prayers. They must have worked. My wife came home today. She will still have to be on oral antiobiotics for another 5-7 days. But she has turned into a fighter.

I did not know until this past Tuesday how close we were from losing her for good. When she was admitted the Dr's had me sign a DNR paper and i had to bring her health care proxy over there also. Anyway, neither were needed and she fought to get well enough to come home where she wants to be. On admission she was very lethargic and incoherent, not being able to talk or recognize anyone. Hell, we could not even get her to stay awake for more than a few seconds. But she is home and improving. Again thank you for your thoughts and prayers. You have no idea how much they are appreciated by my family and myself............................mike

You're a good man Mike. She is lucky to have you. I doubt she would have made it without you by her side.

Thanks are not necessary Cueball. Just hearing that your wife is doing well is reward enough. I'm very happy to hear that.
