heres some pics of the small shop i have, in the shaft cart is all the shafts for that day each day i turn about 15-20 shafts or make squares, i have a room with around 150 shafts hanging i just couldnt get the pic to load, the same room holds alot of exotic wood also and has a dehumidifier.

the lathe shown is the main lathe for now but in the future that lathe will become my taper machine only and i will have another for assembly. and one for finishing.

also not pictured is a room with a table saw, belt sander, jointer, and a dust collector thats not hooked up yet :sorry:

its a start but i have along ways to go.

its alot more fun than just doing cleanings and tips

i spend usually at least 3-4 hrs a night in the shop.

That diamond wood should make some interesting shafts.
Mr H

I actually purchased a Chris Hightower cue at the US Open last year. The entire cue was made out of what looks like the same material. When I asked Chris about it and he told me that it wasn't diamond wood and that it was veneers stcked and glued together.
