The crucifix

I'm going to have to try that. Thank you for all the drills and instrction that you provide.

Great job on the drill, Marcus - and you're right, it is a lot of fun to try this one!

Just a comment about my version of the crucifix drill - I performed this drill without using any rails - UNINTENTIONALLY. I think if I would have tried to do that intentionally I could not have done it. In fact I was completely unaware of the fact that I had not used any rails until someone else pointed it out to me after I had posted the video to youtube (which is evident by my comments during the video - that's how much I pay attention) - My recommendation is to complete this drill any way that you want, it's great practice for short, precise position - position going through balls etc. Above all else, have fun with it!
