I subscribed to this PPV event shortly after hearing Daniel on the FREE POV stream from the Hard Times 10 ball tournament react to a question of quality from the chat room. The frequent buffering that plagued the FREE stream would not be happening on the PPV for the Decider.

Later I read that POV pool and the Legends of Champions pool tour would be happy if they received 400 subscribers to the PPV, a modest target in my opinion (I have no idea of what is good or bad in terms of pool PPV).

C’mon, fellow fans, let’s go for the record and smash that target of 400 subscribers.

We get a lot of great free streams from POV (albeit with the annoying buffering) Daniel Busch does a good job for us, in terms of commentating, getting good guest commentators and in reacting to the chat room. It is payback time.

I say if we all spread the word to all of our friends who, while interested in Pool, may not be in tune with the fact that these events are happening, then we can have a positive impact.

I invite everyone who is active here and especially the 500+ people that were watching the free stream last week at any given time to give it a shot.
 
I paypal'd yesterday. $35 for 3 days of the Earl drama show and get a free $30 Kamui tip? Are ya kidding me? Not to mention the afternoon hours on Saturday and Sunday allow me to hit the hall afterwards. I'm not a huge fan of sitting in front of my computer 3 night's in a row on a weekend, regardless of the matchup.

TWheels worked hard to pull this one off, and made the game after asking for AZB's input as to what to play. Hat's off to Mr Cantrill! :thumbup:

More good points, I hope you can get as many others to pick up on this as possible. I should have mentioned the great Kamui tip deal to the first 100, thanks again.

(I did not know that there was input from AZ, no wonder the match up and times struck me as being so good.)

I will not be available to watch it, but I want to support the match. Hopefully I can get a copy on DVD or something to check later?

As I mentioned in my "cloth" thread, I've got a lot of table work to do this weekend, but this will be great viewing while I work my slaves ...I mean friends.

I have bought some TAR events before but was gonna pass on this one....now I'm looking forward to it lol.

As mentioned above, I'll pay it forward as well.

ps...if I don't get my table finished this week, it will indeed, be your fault.

I'll be getting the 3 day package. I'll wait awhile on this one before shipping the $35 as I don't want to take a cue tip away from someone that needs one (1st 100) as I don't play anymore. I always sent a donation to POV any time I watch it. The Hard Times 3 day stream last weekend had the best line up I've seen in awhile. What I like about POV is there is no waiting hours between each match. It's one after the other bam, bam, bam. When I want to watch pool I want to watch pool. When I want to chase skirts I want to chase skirts. ;) Johnnyt

WOW, where do I start. First Thank you very much for starting this thread. We need all the help we can get in this business and all of your support is very much appreciated.

Ideologist, you took me by surprise a little this morning. Thank you for being so nice to our fellow AZERS.

To the AZer Thunderball the match is August 2nd, 3rd an4th so you will not have to rush or slack off on your table this weekend :)

KK9, Always supporting our events, thanks again. Your observation on marketing has been noted and I will try to get it out there more.

Once again, thanks to everyone and I hope we can do more of these in the future.

I just want to make sure these happen again. I love the promo title fights between greats. Any day Earl can play for the cheese is a good day.

I want them to happen more too, just like anything if the interest isn't there to the point that it is worthwhile for all concerned then they happen only when the time is right. We are looking forward to a great match that should be full of action.
 
I am probably going to do a couple of contests for weekend passes just may wait til everyone gets back from Vegas.
