Looks like a sweet place! Good equipment is a major plus but the owner/management has more to do with the success or failure of a business than anything. I think you are in great shape!

Parking is still going to be a major pain in the ass, I know the location well.
THIS.....sub par lighting will negate jam up tables, balls, etc., esp as far as serious players are concerned
True. LED panels are a cool looking and more budget-friendly option. I do really like the Diamond lights too, though.
