How's this for a classy attitude:
If she's reasonably hot and they're pert and nice to look it, then it's a natural body function and we're all just mammals and we don't need to let an oppressive society pushing their repressive outdated morals on us. There's no shame in a mother feeding her child.
But if she's kinda gross and they're kinda floppy, it's a low class social faux pas and needs to be addressed immediately.
A more serious answer: You have to work with the world as it is, not as you'd like it to be. Even if you feel that it's totally natural, and even if you feel people need to stop being uptight... you're still going to get people who are titillated (tee hee) by it and others who are going to be grossed out or offended. It's up to you whether you voluntarily choose to offend those people anyway or just make a small concession to society by finding a private spot.
I don't buy "it's a natural act" because so is sex and pooping.

Its not about whats right and wrong its about having some modesty. Its a bodily function

If the baby is hungry and she did not have a bottle on hand then I say so be it, better then a screaming baby, now that is annoying.

Right in the doorway - please Lenny. There is plenty of space in the Riviera to carry out this natural act. Besides the fact that this mother was obviously not playing in any of the events but there as a spectator. So the natural act of feeding could have been completed in her room prior to standing in the doorway of the main tournament room. Or she could use a breast pump, fill a bottle and then the baby would get all the milk it needs.
I'll compare it to golf again. Maybe at this years US Open golf tournament, on the 17th green, Tiger will be getting ready to make a putt and a woman will show the whole world the beautiful natural act of breast feeding to all those tuning in on CBS.

It shouldn't. Tiger can't handle cameras clicking or flashing when he is hitting the ball but he should have no problem with handling a woman breast feeding in public, a simple natural act. CBS censors won't have a problem with it either.
