If you haven't seen it, please go watch it on Amazon prime... We all complain that billiards does not get enough air time. So here is your chance to give billiards a chance. It was said they are not renewing the season. We can change that if enough people watch and send letters to TruTV.

I have also seen people say don't waste your time... It's bad?!?! If you can't spend 13 bucks to promote pool then you are not allowed to complain.

Even if you think it is bad it is still something. Show your support.

It really was a very bad show the first go 'round.......and it sure doesn't get any better as a re-run.

Rather than ask us to support a terrible pool show for pool's sake, why don't we ask them to produce a good pool show that deserves our support?

Personally, my sense of honesty will not allow me to support anything that I don't believe deserves it. But, that's just me.

Um... no. We can't.

1) Why would we want to save this show? It was horrible.

2) If every single member of this forum wrote a letter, that would be roughly 40,000 letters (and that would be making the silly assumption that all 40,000 of those AZ member accounts are real, legit accounts). You think a television network is going to plan it's programming around a demographic of 40,000 people? If so, I'm not sure you know how TV works.

Give it up bro. The dream (or nightmare as it were) is dead.

You mean there actually IS a pool reality show?? I was kidding about that a couple of days ago. No idea someone actually did it.

I agree, the show sucked they didn't show enough of the real good stuff. Too much faith in the staged parts and forgot the real hard parts.

I asked Mike D at Mosconi if it was going to be renewed, and he said they were still waiting to hear. Has it been decided then?

BTW you can watch it for free on TruTV's website if you have cable and get TruTv.

You are mistaken if you think I want that show back. But showing support for even a crappy show will give an opportunity to a potential good show to get considered. They are going to look at the response to this show to determine if they want to gamble on another one. Someone went out on a limb for a pool show and now there is an exec telling them I told you a pool show wouldn't work...

BTW 1 letter is viewed as 1 letter from 1000.

It's a real shame they tried to make it a Real Housewives of Steinway Billiards. It could've been far more interesting, but I was able to stomach about 10 minutes of it before I couldn't anymore.

I tried again at another point and saw a 9 ball game shot out of order and turned it off.

That pretty much sums that up.

Here you go Johnny, an opportunity for you to show support for a pool show.

If for nothing else, this thread makes for an enjoyable read ;)

The show is terrible. My friend keeps putting it on when I go to play pool at his house. I don't think he realizes how terrible it is. My game drops 2 balls just when it's on in the background.

I thought it was entertaining.... As I've said before if you want pool to be popular again you better adjust to the younger low attention span demographic that watches this kind of stuff. You got to have the characters and the arguing to keep people entertained. I'm sorry to you old heads out there but the time when people will watch 2 guys in suits play straight pool has long passed. lol

I agree with Trob. Me and my wife liked the show so much, that we bought the season from Amazon.
