The most unique Trick Shot Artist in the world.

Joey, check this site out!

Charisma and "personality" can be cultivated much like the skill sets of pool. Venom already has the "moves" down pat and while I haven't heard Mr. Kohler perform, he seems to have a lot of supporters.

Fattie as Earl Heisler used to call him was full of it and himself but everyone liked him. Afterall, he performed for kings and queens and other heads of state, so he must have been good. :D

Joey, my friend is pretty good too.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=fvwp&NR=1&v=gEc5fofZe3E
He makes his trick shots with one hand. How goes it JoeyA? Let me know what you think of Jesse?
Regards,
Lock N Load.

These were my hopes when I first met Florian. He was a pretty fun and exciting guy, but was also a bit awkward in his performances (given that he had never done any where we started).

Well it appears his ability to win over a crowd has grown along with his shot making prowess! Florian is a great performer now. He's great at talking to the crowd, keeping them interest between shots, and is clever in his ability to cover up mistakes and keep the performance moving forward.

That's great to hear Nathan.

Florian should listen to the great exaggerator himself, Minnesota Fats on youtube to add to his chat skills. :D

JoeyA, do you think he needs some weight?

Lock,
Jesse is cool as can be but I think you can take Jesse in some one-on-one. Whaccha think?

He is a pretty good hustler and player! What do you think I should give him? Take care JoeyA....

I have to say that I was a little disappointed to find out that tickets to this exhibition are $50. Ouch. Now,'in all fairness that does include open bar for an hour. Chug Chug Chug :)

Hands Down.....

All you have to do is watch this http://www.youtube.com/user/venomtrickshots#p/a/u/0/t_ms6KjSoS8
His latest video and I would seriously doubt that there is anyone in the world that could replicate these shots (not to mention the fact that he invented them) no matter how many tries they had.

And "yes" the last shot is a one handed double masse.....

He will performing a live show on ABC news in Chicago coming up in December....The sky is the limit for this kid.

I think Charisma and personality are installed within ones character/permanently by the time one becomes a young man/woman. Yes you can change somethings, but not quite like you can go from one trick shot to the next level. I don't think people are able to change their personality permanently and become, for example, another Grady Matthews, or a Cornbread Red, or a Earl Strickland and so forth. These traits are formed by their social structure and enviornmental exposures during their growing yrs. How about Rodney Dangerfield, don't think you'll find too many trying to duplicate his ways.

If you're trying to say that a person can't develop their charm, tweak their perceived personality, and develop their gift of gab, I'll just politely have to disagree.

No, I just don't think someone can become someone they are not.

Joey, if you're talking about one-on-one trick shot shooting I wouldn't even compete against Florian. I would just set my cue on the ground, fall to my knees and start bowing. BUT if you're talking about one-on-one competition in any pool game, (excluding 3-cushion) I would demolish him. He admitted himself that he wasn't a pool player and never competed before doing trick shots. The billiards playing is another thing altogether, I've played 3-cushion for a few years and to see Florian improve the way he has is mindblowing.

I'll play anyone who wants to gamble. I played Rafael Martinez one-pocket even for about 5 hours recently and Archer couldn't beat me in nineball either, so bring it on baby!! I'm ready for the best you can throw at me

PS. just saw that you didn't mean against Florian. In that case paragraph two still stands.....king kong ain't got nothin' on MEEEEE!!!!!.......woops did I say that out loud?

Hmm... someone's a fan of Denzel Washington (Training Day).

"Here, put this beer up in ya."

"Today's a training day, Officer Hoyt. Show you around, give you a taste of the business. I got 38 cases pending trial, 63 in active investigations, another 250 on the log I can't clear. I supervise five officers. That's five different personalities. Five sets of problems. You can be number six if you act now. But I ain't holding no hands, okay? I ain't baby-sitting. You got today and today only to show me who and what you're made of."

DUDE, you need to win some titles because you sure in the hell aren't going to win any dough putting your own business in the street like this. :nono:I didn't think anyone was as bad as Lock and Load when it comes to that type of stuff but you're running a close race. :slap:

Lock don't need the money and I guess you don't either.

Break.com is a huge site that updates about 6 awesome videos a day. I'm addicted to it.

Watch the fight in the jail cell or the lady calling 911 as she is watching video of burglars in her house. Nice to see the looks on their faces when they look through the window.

Well our own "Venom" just got the most recent submission and the video is awesome with the blonde lady on the table.

Read the comments for a chuckle.

"aren't going to make any dough putting your business in the street" another statement people like to make constantly that isn't true, at least in the world I live in. I'll play anyone in the world and film it and share the stats and have a line of people willing to play me. I've always shared the truth with anyone trying to hustle me or match up. There's always someone willing to gamble who's never even heard of any of us and are only interested in gambling.

Your old school gambler's response about keeping your business quiet and having to win titles if they know your speed is so antiquated it makes the back of my neck itch every time I hear someone say it.

It's not about the money, it's about playing anyone who challenges you, outrunning the nuts, stepping up to the plate, showing the establishment that the hype is a myth....blah..blah....etc.

JoeyA, I like the way you play pool very much!

I think you are a great guy as well. I like Jesse too I watch his videos and learn a lot from them. Jesse is a bad man. Cancel the weight giving to him! Thanks for the compliment JoeyA. I hope this does not bring the haters out!

Hello Jesse, you are a bad man, period!

And you and I know that for a fact. JoeyA and I were having some fun about how good you shoot trick shots. I do some stuff myself for that matter. I always end up giving up weight. But upon further review I do not think you need weight from anyone. I know Johnny Archer pretty good and he plays real good pool. As a matter of fact I played at his pool hall in Marietta, Georgia a lot over the last three years.
I did not mean anything towards you or about your game. You were always a very nice guy. And I like you and your game, trick shots and your regular game as well. I never duck a player. But, I do not lick to play friends and people that I try to shoot like. For money that is! So, please do not get the wrong idea about what I said to JoeyA! Very nice to get a response from you too. I put a link in this thread about you on Youtube shooting trick shots. Take care.

Lock N Load.
