Ads are working. Darn but I want it all to work. I would subscribe in a heartbeat but this is really off putting!
 
This ordeal makes me appreciate TAR & Accustats even more. You certainly get what you pay for with them. I've never seen anything like this happen with one of their streams. A bump in the road maybe but not a total breakdown.

Whats got me baffled is Lenny knows his stuff well. Another guy on the crew, Eric, is no shit the smartest man in the world when it comes to production stuff. I've worked with him and he's a legit pro. All I can figure is the tricaster or connection is giving them trouble.

The beauty of live production is things wait until the worst possible moment to go wrong. Then when the gods are really angry they just get worse. Been there. I honestly figured it would be squared away tonight. It may be and they are just running way late on the start time.
 
I'm almost done installing the ustream app. Once that finishes everything should be fine.
 
Anyone know a way to start a group chat session somewhere?

Would be a lot better then refreshing AZ every 5 seconds.

BTW, I put my DowJones stock shorts in...

To take it further...I don't know why everyone seems to go through this. Why can't a prospective streamer do some kind of test run with 200-400 people connecting to a live broadcast before they went public? Wouldn't that be a way to really test everything? Surely they could get the message out to that many people for a pre-arranged test run at any point during the last 6 months or so...
 
The main wpbltv.com page is now down for me. Not loading at all. No error message like last night, just not loading.

Same here, I can't even get logged to the Bonus Ball website. Then I tried Ustream ... notta !
What are you using as a name on there .... Bonusball ? I assume ?
 
The ustream page is live now for the past few minutes.

Some choppiness, nothing like last night, but still choppy. Sound is buzzing, and going at differnet volumes at times.
