Hi Gang,

I am working on a new web site to show my own collection and get together with other collectors to showcase their cues and stories. There are no hard and fast rules except to have a good time.

Besides Palmers, I am also interested in Paradise cue models and photos.

This is my first personal web site, so take it easy on me, but I would like some constructive criticism and feedback. The site is just getting started but let me know what you think!

I was confused, telling which was 2nd and which was 3rd catalog. It is a nice start though. I sold a Palmer about a year ago. it looked a bit like the fourth from the left on your home page. I had good pics, but just two days ago, had to restore all of my PC and did not back-up my pics. :( If I can find them on a disk, I'll send them to you.

Cool cues. Can you show us a pic w/ Model20 assembled?

Thank you. I'm working on the Model 20 page right now - I should have it together tonight. It looks very long and very black!

Tracy,

I am going to have a page for each Catalog and individual buttons for the cues, similar to how I did the First Catalog page. This stuff is a lot of work!

Didn't work for me either until I removed the last 2 words "welcome html" from the url.

Those pics bring back some memories! Seems like I've worked on all of them at some point! lol

sherm, thanks, that did the trick.

chris, i have a couple of the PM series, any interest in pics of these?

Larry,

I fixed the link. Sorry, this is my first web site and I changed the opening page properties - very confusing stuff.

Anyway, I would love to get PM series cue photos and I am hoping someone has the 1980's brochures too. I have copies of the first three catalogs and some other stuff, but there is very little information on the later series cues.

I am hoping to put together as much info as I can on all the original Palmer cues. Pete margo is part of Palmer's history - I think he became a partner in the company too. Any stories or information at all will be much appreciated.

There was some overlap, where in the 1980's they would still make the older designs on special order.

I also have my case collection, (which you helped with) etc. - so any cases or Palmer logo stuff would be appreciated too.

all the best to you,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Great website and nice collection! I think I've got the PM and PB catalogs at home. If I still do, I'll send them to you.

Regards,

Steve

Steve,

If you have them it would be just great! I appreciate the help. Can you also send me pics of your Palmers?

Chris

Hopefully, I still have them. If so, I'll be more than glad to send them...

Michael,

It's great to find another Palmer fan. Also, any photo's of Frank Paradise cues would be useful.

Steve,

Thanks so much for the catalogs - I really appreciate it. I will have more time this weekend to work on the site - I'll let you know when everything is posted.

Chris

Larry and Michael - thanks for the pics - can't wait to put it all together.

Glad to help, Chris!

Michael - I tried to e-mail you the catalogs, but it kicked back. Let me know where you want them sent...

Nice site Chris. I especially like the 2nd-3rd catalog cues.
One thing you may want to do is add the links on each page so the user doesn't have to hit the Back button. Just a thought.
