They are pre-shrunk. I have owned dozens of polo's and 100% cotton that has been pre-schrunk will not schrink if you wash in cold water. Pretty much half of my other half's wardrobe consists of polos also and washed in cold water and dryed at regular settings have never caused any of his to shrink. I would never encourage anyone to wash shirts in hot water unless they were undershirts...well, enough of my soap box on the proper care and laundry treatment of cotton :) hope this sincerely alleviates any concerns you may have.

wash in machine on warm/cold or cold/cold cycle then hang to dry..no problems..........good luck on all your wins Travis

I will get it straigtened out...in the meantime, no worries, go ahead and process it and use the $6.50 shipping. I would rather you get your shirt on time than us have to make up for any additional shipping charges. I appreciate you letting me know though and will ask Mike to see what's going on. :)

Are you supposed to double the body width to get the circumference? If so, I'm not sure the 38" is going to be loose enough, but I will swim in 42". :o What do you think, Holly? I am not worried about the length, as I often have to cut off and hem a lot of shirts. :(
