The Simplest Aiming Systems to Visualize and Use

I guess too much. I like to give a guy the benefit of the doubt.
🤦‍♂️

I didn't expect you to change the subject mid discussion. Must have hit a nerve somehow.
You need to go back and actually read. My initial response was to PJ. It was all about this thread and the fb CTE group. I didn’t change the subject at all.

My thoughts lol. I’d rather learn from a multi state multiple time champion who is an expert on the subject then the basement pool playing self named pool playing experts who post on here without any credible credentials at all.
Oh and CTE stands very tall on its own if anyone would like to put in the time to totally learn it. If not, no big deal.
In post #73 of this thread, Dan White posted "I'm not an instructor and whenever I say anything here it is only what has worked for me."

Now if THAT isn't the biggest line of lying crap, I don't know what is. He and PJ sit at the top of the list for not only the inability to get it to work for them, but they also have no clue where to start setting up for it and what to see for each shot. They are also the two biggest detractors going as far back as 25 years ago with the same off base claims as a broken record. NEITHER are professional instructors. The appropriate word would be DESTRUCTIVE forces when applied to CTE.

So, let's talk about instructors and the most qualified instructor to discuss it since he wrote the book, created two DVDs, over 20 Youtube videos, and is involved in answering EVERY question posed by those who have them on his FB page.

We'll start off with the most prestigious and highly recognized organization for pool instruction in this country and the world. The PBIA. What is it and how was it formed?

The PBIA recognizes four levels of instructors with MASTER Instructor (Level 4) as the highest level.
  1. RECOGNIZED Instructor (Level 1)
  2. CERTIFIED Instructor (Level 2)
  3. ADVANCED Instructor (Level 3)
  4. MASTER Instructor (Level 4)

I enjoy imparting a professional approach to each student of how to REALLY play the game visually and physically. There is nothing quite like leading students to discover a new dimension of connecting with the game.

And the two mainstay knockers along with their sycophantic follower credentials in the field of Pool instruction and usage knowledge of CTE ARE? Ok, I'll answer it and take the suspense away...NONE!

How is it connected to a 2x1 table?
C'mon, man... that's CTE 101:
Hal Houle - 1997:
There are only 3 angles for any shot, on any size table. This includes;
caroms, single rail banks, double rail banks, 1, 2, 3, and 4 rail
banks, and double kiss banks. Any table has a 2 to 1 ratio; 3 1/2 x 7,
4 x 8, 4 ½ x 9, 5 x 10, 6 x 12. It is always twice as long as it is
wide. The table corners are 90 degree angles. When you lay a cue from
the side pocket to the corner pocket, you are forming an angle of 45
degrees. When you lay a cue from the side pocket to the middle diamond
on the same end rail, you are forming an angle of 30 degrees. When you
lay a cue from the side pocket to the first diamond on the same end
rail, you are forming an angle of 15 degrees. When you add up these 3
angles, they total 90 degrees, which is the same angle formed by the
table corners. The cue ball relation to object ball relation shot angle
is always 15, 30, or 45 degrees. The solution is very simple.
If that doesn't make sense to you, you just might be sane.

Numerology is the pseudoscientific belief in a divine or mystical relationship between a number and one or more coinciding events.

Stan Shuffet's CTE is DESIGNED to make balls go in center of pocket, not just in the pocket. The others not so much.
I have proof that even Stan can't make that happen. I'd post you the link but I know you wouldn't even open it. Like the saying goes, some stories are too good to fact check.

That's one of the more laughable CTE myths (among many).

ROTFLMAO! Who didn't know that center pocket post would end up sending all of the "Anti-CTE whack jobs" into a
spiraling tizzy to go along with a case of the tremors! THAT is what's LAUGHABLE!!
You haven't known what's a real FACT from a Myth for 25 years. Naturally you think you do because, well, you're the
GREAT Pat Johnson! LMAO harder.

"Proof" can be in the eye of the beholder and defined by their individual biases. And....whoever is doing the 'fact checking'.
The ubiquitous "they" said there was absolutely no "proof" that certain areas of the country did any vote cheating back in the presidential election.
Now proof of it having occurred seems to be popping up everywhere. Funny how that works out.

Well if we have the guy hitting balls on video and they are not going center pocket but instead are grazing the facing is that not proof?

And, yes, the election was most likely stolen in numerous different ways.

So you’re not only delusional about pool…

Not proof unless you think everyone is perfect all the time.

Anybody who thinks Biden won that election shouldn't be taken serious

lol. So the best practitioner of CTE is on video hitting half his shots dead center and the other half dead next to the facing and this is random. No, it's caused by the speed of the shot. It's easy to make crazy claims but it becomes problematic when you actually have to demonstrate it.
