And what happens?

Some kind of error that won't let me watch the Shane...vs.....Mika match!

This is not a bash TAR thread. They were very helpful in trying to figure out the problem. But it's just not working. I got reciept from paypal that confirmed my purchase but the TAR screen just says access pending.

TAR was really cool and they are going to give me my money back........But dam I would have payed 50 dollars to watch this match.

I am crushed right now:frown:
 
then you should be Madatmoney.yours didn't work...lol ...jk, sorry to hear its not working for you.
 
That's good, at least you are getting your money back. It happened same thing to me, got charge twice but never saw any stream and didn't get my money back after informing TAR so many time. Since then I just don't purchase anymore from TAR. Customer service is very important for me and if they couldn't at least just give me credit for future streaming I would have been happy.
Lesson learned.

Like I said in the post......this is not a bash TAR thread. Justin is straight up and I have no problems with him. I find it hard to believe that he didn't try to settle the matter with you.......if there was one.
 
Just got back from Amsterdam. I will try and get you straightened out tomorrow before the stream starts.
 
I had a similarly bummer of an experience, but no fault of TAR or anything else other than an act of God. I was set up, beer in hand, just purchased the stream, when a lil' ole squirrel entered a transformer box in my neighbor's backyard and was sent packing to the great acorn in the sky taking my entire city block's power with him. Luckily, I had a friend who allowed me to camp out back of his house (his infant was sleeping indoors) with some beers and piggy back on his wifi system. Turned out to be a nice evening after all...

Damn dude. You should have called me. You could have come over to the house and watched it.

As for Edwidge (Bijoux43), I have never known Justin to not help anyone with their issues. Sometimes he can't get to everyone and it may take him some time to answer emails since he is on the road a lot, but he always does good by you. He's given people refunds because they were unhappy even after they received the stream. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but you should really give TAR another shot. I think you will be happy with the experience.

Well, I did contact TAR : Justin by email, by FB and even in person
but never got anything back from them.
I was a regular customer on TAR and that's why for months I gave them the chance to just credit me for an other time. But it's been so long, I just take it as a lesson.
I always purchase stream and support pool/billiard. I just don't on TAR anymore.
I'm just telling you my experience. I met Justin and he was a great guy but my experience about the stream was not good. I just hope their customer service is better now.

not sure about your experience with tar but i had a problem not only did i get a refund but got free ppv out of deal took a bit to hear from Justin but he is on the road alot you should give them another shot things do happen

I'm right there with ya. The hotel I'm staying at... the internet connection is just not happening. When I check to see what kind of speed and strength the hotel's broadband gets me, all I get is a gif of an emotican laughing its ass off at me.

Props to Justin and Tar for oming trough with the access today. Ive bought a ton of Tar maches and I wll continue to do so.:):):)
