This Keeps Happening

This continues to be a problem for me.

Just seems like no matter what 90% of the time there is always 3-4 balls clustered close together by the spot making position and runouts darn near impossible.

Not sure what to do about it.

Balls go in and fly around the table. But seemingly that cluster is always there.
The Kos. What ever they do, balls tear of one side and collide around the corner pocket with stuff from the other side of the rack This sends qualifying balls up table and tends to carom a ball into that pocket.


You get similar from Filler and the like...
 
I notice where the cue ball first hits the long rail after the break shot.
Top players develop that feel of where it'll hit the rail.
Like a ''power draw'' shot.
Hitting the long rail below the second diamond, the possibility off a side pocket scratch is eliminated, spin kills off the second long rail cb hit.

I've broken hundreds of 9 ball racks on my Diamond table using a Magic rack and this rarely happens.
