The Best attic find ive found was this one, it was found in a attic in Berlin Germany after WW2 was made about 1906 by Herbert Wiess
The cue has over 20,000 pieces of inlay. Also was lucky enough to buy the cue his son built in the 1920s (NO CNC HERE)

The family has yet to be able to make the trip to the house to pick it up. Last thing I wanna do is bug them to go get it, especially considering the circumstances. What was supposed to be a spring break acquisition has turned into a very long, painful wait. I'm hoping that they'll make their way to the house this summer. Time will tell.
Having been stomped into the floor by Art and Brent for 30 straight days on the Midwest pool tables, I am taking this time to heal. They helped to remind me that I should have taken up playing chess, instead.
I promise you all - as soon as I get the cue in my hands, I'll update this thread with photos. Even if it turns out to be an import more curved than a boomerang.
