I don't know about the next level, but it would make it to my closet full of seldom used appliances.
The guy said it's like golf, but he must of meant miniature golf.
In fact, I would rather play miniature golf or even shoot jelly beans to the edge of the kitchen counter.
I hate bumper pool, but I would prefer bumper pool over that thing.

While I applaud thinking outside the box, this things looks like it could be the least enjoyable way to play pool.
I can only assume this has value as a gag gift.
The rocking mode would in no way improve your game. While not rocking, it's laughably unlevel. I wouldn't even attempt a second shot on this contraption.

I think this would make my game worse, I already feel like an APA 3 just by watching the video.

Might be the dumbest thing over ever seen. The things us men waste our time on never ceases to amaze me.
The announcer seems to be drunk, which probably helps.
It's not meant for any serious pool aficionados. It's just something a guy made for something to do, and some organization liked it and is considering giving it some project of the month status for something for others to maybe make. It reminded of the game "Labrynth" dodging all of the holes trying to make it around the maze with the silver marble.
