thomas wayne PILSUNG cue

Crazy good copper inlay work. Can you explain
the name of the cue "Pilsung"?

EDIT: Forgot he is banned here (ridiculous), full
explanation can be found at the "other site"

Yes. It can. And now that it's there, it kind of makes that nasty, smug PM you sent me that much funnier.

I agree! I did laugh some more. But just remember it was TW
who informed you about the inlaid korean characters opposite
his logo in butt cap, not google. ;)

Whoa!

Wow!
Thomas!
Great cue!
Love the color combinations and seemingly impossible copper inlays that wrap far around the cue. Still pondering how you did that.

Also thought your mastadon ivory cue was a masterpiece. You took some risks, like the elongated butt sleeve and sticking with the ivory for all of the A-joint area work. The risks worked and that cue is just awesome.

Great stuff!

Sure buddy. We shouldn't care how it hits.

Truth be told, unless YOU'RE buying it, you really shouldn't care how it hits at all.
The fact of the matter is, Thomas has been making cues for over 30 years. if you think he can't make a solid playing cue after all that time, well that says quite a bit about you.

I never said he couldn't make a good hitting cue.

I always ask how a cue hits with every cue that is posted here. Just one of those things people ask.

Like if this was a 'car messageboard'...you would see a lot of 'how does it drive' comments.

Do not make it a big deal.

A cue can look pretty and be covered in high dollar crap, but I'm not buying it unless it hits good and plays good.

I ask the same question too.

Riiiiiiight. Just an innocent question, I'm sure.

You're one of those liberal instigators aren't you?

Trying to stir up the pot when there is nothing in it.

Easily offended types.

No. I'm a realist. I'm someone who can look and see that virtually every post you have going on in this forum at the moment is pot-stirring. You're engaging people left and right in 'what's so great about it' crap.

You wanna know how the cue plays? You ask. If you don't get the answer, you don't fire back with "How does it play. Normally fancy cues don't play so well" or whatever it is you said. THAT is not "I was just curious/just asking a question". That is an insinuation.

So let me ask you... how many fancy Thomas Wayne cues have you played with? How many fancy McWorters, Richard Blacks, Gina cues, Herceks, Black Boars, Manzinos, etc. have you played with? How do you come to the conclusion that fancy cues don't normally play so well?? Or are you just:

1) stirring the pot
2) making a guess
3) passing off information that you heard/read somewhere along the way as fact
4) all of the above
