Tim Scruggs Cocoa Cue for sale relist like new mint

This is the third time you listed this cue (AND removed the cue from sale) in about a week. This time, it lasted 15 minutes. Is this just a cry for attentions???

Either sell it or don't. Just make up your mind already.

Nope

I forgot something. It is promised to a buyer. I relisy because of soments like yours. They do notbelong in any for sale thread and I will report it to a moderator.
Thanks for looking.
Nick :)

In all fairness Nick...he can say whatever he wants in this thread...as there is NOTHING for sale...so essentially he can circumvent the rules (as is done quite frequently by certain individuals... )...as he can't "bash" something that isn't here...

Just thinking "outloud"...

Check forum rules

For sale threads are not to have negetive coments posted to them. I keep posting and see stupid coments. They are prohibited. Although they reflect on the poster I will from now on report them. This is not a news paper and there is no story and you are not writing a book and if you are I do not wish to contribute to any of it.
If you are not buying stay out for sale threads. The for sale forum threads prohibits behavior that is negetive in any way. You can not just act as if the rules don't apply to you because you want to say anything about my post or any others.
It is prohibited. I post a Cue sold then a buyer backs out and repost that is is back for sale then here comes coments. Then the gentleman post what happened and it is like you are saying I am untruthful.
I thought about it and relisted the item with no BS posts in the new thread and first post is a pile of BS.
If you are not buying you don't belong in this or any for sale thread.
I forgot I just listed an awesome wrapless TS for sale it is here.

Don't be mad, Nick. We all love ya.

Besides...the "negative" (as you described it) post from mia didn't come until after you pulled the cue back off the market...for the 3rd time...in 7 days.

To be honest - You have nice stuff. Nobody can take that away from ya (except for that ugly-as-hell sneaky with the green cap  :D ). You have good taste in cues, and you represent them well when you post 'em up for sale.

Even YOU have to admit, though...it's sounds pretty funny (and unlikely) that you'd "forget" that you had promised a cue to a buyer, when you advertised it three times in one week. One could argue that one is just making a play for attention. Then again...one could just, genuinely, have the worst memory in the world. I would tend to believe, though, that a genuine sale thread would not be posted for a cue that you had already promised to somebody else. Much less, three times in a row.

Just sayin'.

FWIW - The wrapless TS you listed is gorgeous. Good luck with it.

Sending e-hugs your way, chief!

Alright Nick...you want to point out the forum "rules", how about you make sure YOU adhere to them as well!!!

You're pretty good about telling people that "bashing" is against the rules, but you are seemingly okay about "conveniently forgetting" about not bumping your threads more than once in 48 hours!!!

Once in awhile...fine...but constantly...c'mon!!! You've been on the forum long enough...figure out how to edit an earlier post so you don't have to be selfish with the top of the W/FS section!!! If you feel like getting your post count up, go bump threads in the Test Area!!!

Per Jerry the rules are:

After a great deal of time and expense we have finally come up with a set of forum rules that may work. This new set of rules frees you up to buy and sell more items (including new), but before you buy or sell you need to understand the ground rules:

1) The entire forum is caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware. Neither AZBilliards nor any of its owners, employees or agents makes any claims concerning the value or usefulness of any item offered herein for sale. AZBilliards accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the content of the threads on this forum or for any of the merchandise that is sold here and does not do background checks or any other checks on individuals using this forum. AZBilliards is never to be considered a source of recourse for deals gone bad. We do not inspect merchandise, and we deny any and all liability arising from the use of this forum.

2) If you are going to participate in the " Wanted / for Sale " area of AZB, your items for sale or trade MUST be pool related or strictly offered for trade for a pool related item.

3) Any Posts without an Item For Sale, Trade or Wanted to buy will be deleted.

4) "Price check" threads are not allowed.

5) There will be no cash offers etc. for non-pool related items.

6) If you are going to post in another's sale or trade thread, if you are knocking their thread, you will receive warnings and bans as with regular rule violations.

7) You have no right to criticize or complain regarding pictures, prices etc.

8) Everyone is expected to participate in a civil manner and if there are violations, you may report them anonymously via the "report post " button in the upper right hand corner of each post.

9) Either buy from an individual or don't but knocking them is not an option.

10) It is also strongly suggested that you use an escrow service when making any purchase.

11) Over-active bumping is not allowed. If most of the replies to your post are bumps that is overactive bumping. Anything more than a single bump in any 48-hour period is over-bumping.

12) Your use of this forum reflects your consent of these rules and that you will in all ways hold AZBilliards harmless from any liability arising from the use of this forum.

13) All Questions and replies to questions should be done via PM and not in the sales thread. It will be considered a bump to do so. ( Dave Wilson )

As always, feel free to ask questions if you don't understand something.

When a Cue is sold

I bump.
When trade offers are offered
I bump and say no.
When I am desrespected I reply and bump.
I sell and gaurentee satisfaction every time.
I hate people that have caused most respectable people that sell and buy Cues to stop coming here.
There are alot of you. And when you choose to post like this on my thread you have just killed most of your action with buyers with money to buy here.
I am liked by people that see your post and say never with him. You and others like you kill your own action by acting yourselves on my threads.
Good luck with your sales. They have just been killed with anyone that has anything to do with me by their choice and your post.
By the way check out james Cues he is recomended by my pal Dean so he can't be all that bad. I see he does alot of things he pointed out to me are rule violations.
This forum is designed to help make eacher's enjoyment of pool and equipment a satisfying experience. I have done that for decades.
By the way anyone looking for a wrapless Scruggs I have a couple but only one posted for sale.
Best way to kill your sales is knock anyone well and deserivedly respected.
Best regaurds,
Nick ;)

Oh Nick...can't you see the irony here!

You complain because people are breaking the rules and "bashing" your sale thread...and now you clearly state you have NO REGARD for the rest of the forum rules (e.g. bumping more than once every 48 hours).

In case you're not aware, a "bump" is ANY post in your thread BY YOU that BUMPS it back to the top of the W/FS section...regardless of whatever reason you're doing it!!! People who do this are nothing more than a selfish POS in my book!!!

Why on earth would you bump a sold cue back to the top of the forum!!! Use the freakin' edit function and put SOLD in original post! Not that hard...and it's being courteous to everyone else who has posts in this secion...which you apparently DO NOT!!!

You bumped it more than once.

You are the answer your own question. Don't hate the player. Hate the game.

Nick, this is just some friendly advice from someone who has never commented negatively on your threads.
You really should work on the manner in which you conduct your sale threads.
This stuff wouldn't happen all the time, and you wouldn't have "when I am disrespected" in your credo.
In other words, being disrespected should not be one of the standard reasons for you to bump.
Being disrespected may be some kind of game with you, purely for entertainment value, and that's OK too.
Just let me know because I can be more disrespectful than most of these clowns...

Peace
Ted

Desperately seeking Susan maybe

But like you I have many many Cues. 10k offered on 2 of them I will not sell.
I made a mistake. Then I posted that I made a mistake,
I will not appolagise for admitting I made that I already admitted to.

If you had a Scruggs Cue I liked I would probably buy it.
I am sorry if certain posters with many Cues can't sell any of them. I buy what I like. If I choose to sell and a sale is not in the cards I keep what I liked in the first place.
Next year my Cue will appreciate in value. They are not made anymore.
It doesn't eat and by the way this Cue is spoken for.
I will add I am offering a couple sweet wrapless Scruggs Cues for sale. They are custom builds that Timi really avoided building excepting for custom order and they were always priced at a premium becaus eof the time inlolved and materials used.
Stay current,
Nick :)

But this isn't a for sale thread. This is a "I changed my mind again and am just taking up space again" thread. So I'm not posting negative comments in a for sale thread. Technically, I'm posting a negative comment in a "I keep changing my mind and am treating this forum like a stream of consciousness blog" thread.

I know this isn't a newspaper. Its also not a place for someone to keep pushing other threads down because you can't decide whether or not you want to sell the same cue over and over and over again. Think about all the threads you push to the next page because you can't make up your mind.

But thanks for the red rep.

If you really are concerned about others not wanting to come here and sell stuff anymore because of the few bad apples, you may want to stop posting yourself. Your arrogance and ignorance are a combination that has MANY people wishing you would just go away.

Guys

The Cue is spoken for. Some day you may hit your head and have to teach yourself how to walk and talk again and you know what your memory might be better than mine after all that but I dought it.
Feel good about yourselves now do you?
Nick :)

Yes, I feel great about myself. Thanks.
You're oddly self-assured for a guy who isn't even smart enough to spell 'doubt' correctly.

What an Azzhole would say to a man with memory issues
