Hi all, I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who would offer an opinion on which Scruggs hits/feels better... one with a flat-faced joint, a flat-faced wood-wood sleeved joint, or a piloted joint. Maybe there's no difference?
Seems the piloted joint (i.e. 5/16-14) is used the most? and, seems his newer cues are being made with radial and sleeved wood-wood flat-faced?
I've been looking at a lot of Scruggs' cues recently, and have just been curious. If you've played with any or all, I'd appreciate any feedback you have. Thanks!
