Tip protector anyone?

How about a tip protector for our tips as most players would agreed on the tip is the most important part of the cue. Saw one on 'whats in the case ' Ralf Souquet. He has one but its home made. Are there similar product in the market? It also keep our cue case and shafts clean. What say you?

I found a website that sells plastic caps if you're willing to buy 100 at a time. I bought them and use them... sometimes.

Protect your tips from what?

My instroke case doesn't let the tips touch the bottom of the case because they HANG. Superior case.

If you have a Jack-in-the-Box Whitten with the springs, then you may need a tip protector :D
 
I heard Corr, Fisher and most of the male European players use a product made for this. You could buy these things or those slip on tips can work for this or just go to the hardware store and get some vynil caps that go over screw threads.

Wouldn't your shaft be stained if you do not clean off all chalk off your tip before keeping it in your case?
