Very nice cue,
Little more info would help.
what is the weight, how many shafts, What is the wood?
Also can you give a little info about the veeners cause
the veeners are different colors from the other titlist conversions
that I've seen. Is this from brunswick titlist???

This is a fullsplice w/veneers, but this is not from a Titlist. It still looks like a nice cue and would be a good player.

Does it have the Jackson logo? It would also help if you post the specs such as weights, length, shaft size, joint type, etc....

I have to agree with the members who say this cue is not a Brunswick Titlist, not a Brunswick 26 1/2 or anything else made by Brunswick. This was obviously made from a currently produced blank, maybe Jackson made it, maybe Schmelke made it, or maybe it is one Duc Lam's import blanks.

Brunswick blanks were made with Sharp point's at the top and the bottom of the splice, the blank pictured has points that are unfinished on the bottom of the points and no Titlist or similar style cue was made by Brunswick like this. In addition to this the color's of the cues veneer's are the wrong color for the cues that Brunswick made in the past.

I am not trying to start any drama, but the information you have received is not correct, I hope you understand that I am just trying to be helpful.

I bought 6 of these blanks from Schmelke about 3 yrs. ago . The story was they found a box of them , made by their Grandfather . Very very nice blanks . I called them last week to see if they had found any more and got a somewhat different story . This time they were made by the Grandfather , but made for palmer . I still have one unfinished blank, sold 3 finished and had 2 stolen . Very nice blanks. Here are some old pictures . See what you think . Jim

Thanks for clearing this up Jim, I hope all is well.

Well after some responses I contacted Tony at jackson custom cue to ask about the comments ive gotten from fellow azb members and he assured me that yes this is a titlist and yes you do on ocasion find them with points like this and some times the points are split up the middle thus why some builders opt to cut into the point for a wrap to hid this inperfection.
Tony gauranted me this is a titlist he is the one who cut the blank into a conversion. He said he would gladdly talk to anybody who says different. I can only go buy what he tells me and he is a repitable cue builder.

Ok, since no one else wants to stir the pot I may as well be the one to do it.

If Tony at Jackson told you this is a Titlist he is either uninformed or he is lying to you. Regardless, this is NOT made from a Titlist. End of story.

Relist the cue with the correct info and pics!!

This thread will disappear...
