Don Sherman, Sureman cues came up with the name of this one. He remarked that it should be called that at the Midwest 9 Ball Tour event in Olathe.
 
May I suggest a new pouch designed for this case? A sanitary wipe pouch. Maybe with a slit in the top, for easy pull-out....:)

After spending three days around this case, who knows what could be on that "ring". First thing everyone wanted to grab in the booth!
