I would go one step further from Neils comment that very few people actually see this, which is an excellent point, I can't think of one other person who has seen this video.
For me after watching Joe's video the main thing I took away was he was letting people in on how not to get cheated by bad racks and how to turn the tables when someone tries to give you bad racks.
I think the main point is you still have to out shoot me to win, I see Joe's video more along the lines of protecting a person from some peoples urge to manipulate the game in a way that has nothing to do with skill.
