I don`t live in the US, so I`m used to long waiting time, but I have been waiting from 10.10.16, so close to two months now.
I`ve send him a PM yesterday and one today and no answer.
It sucks that this happens and I can`t help, but to point out that for a person who shop online all the time and have been doing so for the last ten years. I have had 3 instances where I have been fooled/ripped off, all of them here on AZB.
is there a way to have a better system for identifying users and linking user name to their legal name, credit card etc. so it is a bigger threashold to step over if you register with the intent of freaud?

Paypal, he said he would refund right away after I called him out on not sending it for 2 weeks....He bought a USPS label, but it never left his house. Then he didn't refund me so I had to have paypal grab it. He is a Less than honest person, he had 2 units to sell but sold them to 4 people...at least.

He has had plenty of time to defend himself, he has chosen to ignore it all. He got banned DAYS after these fine people started asking questions, and he failed to respond to them for whatever reason.....not their fault. He is NOT the victim here. As my post #38 shows, the thread where he has done this before to others in the past. It's time Mr Preston Jeter learns that you can't keep screwing people here and keep getting away with it.There's a reason that Preston isn't on here answering. He can't post due to the moderators freezing him on here. I just spoke to Preston. He says that Paypal froze the money in the account until the matter has been investigated and settled. It wouldn't even do him any good to try to refund it there again. They wouldn't let it go through due to the claim being filed. There's no sense firing on him while he can't defend himself. I don't have a dog in this fight. I got my tool post from him. Yes - it was late. He did throw in a couple of extra tool holders for the tardiness. He says that he didn't sell the 2 tool posts 4 times though.

In this actual thread, he claimed to have 2 items for sale, 4 people responded and he took money from...do the math. He took my money, created a label 2 days later Priority Mail, I sent a pm after 6-7 days, no response, then 10 days after it supposedly shipped I sent another pm and posted here....no response but he kept logging in to the site...his profile showed it. He never responded until I opened a claim with Paypal THEN he responds with all kinds of excuses, Blaming his girlfriend, etc. and plays the victim and promises a refund that he didn't follow thru with. Paypal made the refund, but it seems he didn't have the money in the account for them to take, so it took longer for me to get my money back.
Hopefully The customers get their money back quickly and this all gets put to rest, and Hopefully he learns his lesson, but based on his past dealings...who knows.
