Tooled black Felini case for sale

Truth

I was told originally by Nick that Bogie was interested in buying the case for $750.00, I told Nick that i would give $800.00 for it. I got it from the horses mouth that Bogie was never interested in the case for $750.00 or even $500.00 now. When i recieved the case i checked it out and immediately called Nick and told him that the case was rougher than the pictures showed and i wanted to return it for a refund of my $800.00. Nick replied to me " I'm not doing anything because i did you a favor to let you get it because Bogie would have bought it". When he told me that i said "i guess all i can do is try to sell it. Tommie1351 had looked at the pics and wanted to try to make a buck selling it after his leather man did some work on it. But after he got it he discovered on top of the case being very rough, the latch did not hold. So tommie contacted me and said that he could not do anything with it because the latch just compounded the situation. I expressed tommie a usps money order which he recieved the next day. I was talking to Mike Cochran about the case and he said that he wanted it and was not worried because he could fix the latch and just always wanted a fellini case. Mike offered to give me an $800.00 credit on a 6-point cue that he would build me.you all know the rest of the story to date.
Bob Corcoran from MD.

since my name was brought into this I will tell you that Bob has told the truth about everthing after I contacted him about the case. He was very buisness like in giving me a refund. I talked to Mike just a few days before he passed away and I shipped the case to his and Tim's shop. Bob has ALWAYS been stand up with me on several tranactions.
TOMMIE

Against my better judgement I have a question not related to this contraversy.

Does anyone know of anyone recovering these old cases?

Ken

I could have just bought the case with the money I will be sending to the family

Strat your oun thread

You no longer have my permission to to sell on this thread.
Moderator please inform this man not to use this thread to sell anything.
Thank you,
Nick
I sold this case for SkipC's brother. He was paid directly by money order made out to Johny. I shipped the case on a Tuesday priority USPS. It arrived in MD. Thursday. I gave Johny his money order that Sunday. Bob called the following Tuesday saying he didn't want the case. Johny said he took to long to reply. Johny said he would not let anyone return any thing after being obligated to pick it up on a Thursday, and have Friday and Saturday. then call the next Tuesday wanting a refund. Bob had the informaton to contact the seller directly.
The seller owns a poolhall, pawnshop and Brunswick distubitorship and it is his buisness to buy and sell everything in the world. No one would refund in these circumstances. I even paid the shipping out of my own pocket. Johny later tok it off my time. I told him he didn't have to. He and Skip are old family friends.
Then after that Bob sold the case twiice and feels he should be refunded.
Sell your own case bob. No one wants to deal with you.
Anyone wanting to verify this can contact Skip.
Nick

!!!!!!!!!!!

First off this is a thread about a case and transaction!!!!

NO ONE SHOULD BE USING MIKE AND CONNIE IN THIS THREAD!!!IF A DONATION WAS DONE PUT IT IN THE DONATION THREAD THIS IS AN INSULT TO BE IN A DISPUTE AND USE MIKE AND CONNIE IN THIS THREAD THIS IS A TIME OF A LOSS OF A GREAT PERSON!!!!!!! MIKE WOULD BE SO UPSET AT THIS!!!!

I'm just saying please think about it further they don't need this right now it's only right

Too late Mr. Nick

I am a fool for believing Bob had good intentions.
I have donated and will continue to do so.
I will never forgive myself for allowing bob to do this to my good intentions.
I gave Connie $500 and was going to do the same for Mr Tim next week.
Mr Bob I will give Connie another $350 next week.
Go see Timi and tell him I wanted him Mike's case.
You offered the case for a $$800 donation to the family and now you have it.
The case is mine. I want you to give it ot Timi. What you say is your business.
Thank you
Nick Serdula

You keep calling the case Mike's case. It was a down payment by me on a cue that was never started. I sold it to myself.
I gave the donation yesterday. The End

???????????

Country Bob's a stand up guy in my book no way would he do any harm to no one .. He would only want what's right

I hate to be out of line.

I really hate to jump in the middle of an issue that is not my own...especially when I don't personally know any of those that are mentioned or involved, but I think that maybe this should be said:

We are all here together, experiencing something we did not expect. We, the Billiards Community, have seen a fine craftsman pass, and are now faced with grief. In hopes of doing well many of us have made an effort to pay our respects to the memory of Mike and to his family and help them in anyway that we can. However, somewhere along the line a few of us have forgotten just how hard this process can be on some, and now we are having disputes amongst each others and have neglected to remember that Mike's family has their own set of troubles at the moment without having more added to it.

Gentlemen, (and I say that because I believe we are all of that quality)
Lets take this time to remember Mike and his family, and his wonderful work and contribution to The Game. Lets not have this become an ordeal that overshadows what is most important.

Just my opinion...If I'm wrong for stating it, then I would like to apologize in advance.
