Tooled GTF Cases

Here is a thread for the tooled GTF cases we have done. To date we haven't really done very many of them. But one thing that I am especially proud of is that we tool over the back seam, which is something I have rarely if ever seen anyone do on this type of case.

Also more of the endcaps you see if they aren't upholstered Fellini-style are laminated leather that has been carefully hand shaped and polished and stained to match the case.

Very nice. The work over the seam is special.

In addition, the leather covered end caps are a must in my eyes. I hate plastic end caps on classic style tube cases. I mean, it's OK if the plastic is in there, but let's please have leather over it.

The tooled GTF is not for sale. But in person, it is everything it looks to be in photos, and much more. Simply wonderful, one of my most favorite cases!

Thanks again to John Barton and the GTF tooled cases line for such outstanding work. All are heirlooms.
