You cant mean $25 for the LOT.
You must mean EACH ... Correct?

If you are selling them as a LOT for the price quoted then I will buy both LOTS right now.

Inquiries welcome of course. A lot of the inquiries we got so far have been asking for the shipping cost. Well, 3 dowels (forearm) weigh almost 1 Kg(2 pounds). We experienced, that it is much cheaper if you take your UPS or FEDEX account for shipping than if we would use ours and charge the rate. UPS and FEDEX seem to have big differences in pricing their services !!(Rip off)#

Shipping Charges to U.S.?

My experience has shown that the shipping charges will cost more than the wood. My advise is to buy your wood from U.S. suppliers. Do not waste your money with shipping charges from wood that was originally supplied by producers in this country, shipped to Europe and now being offered by European suppliers to be returned to this country. You can get wood that is just as nice from suppliers such as Bird's Eye Creations at less cost and less shipping. They are honest and easy to work with and you will get what you pay for.

Good Cuemaking,

Wow ... those are some large rounds there.

If you are cutting the wood to length a popular length with cuemakers is 18".
I guess that is so a both forearm and butt sleeve can be cut from the same piece of wood or a handle can be made from it as well.

Hi ArnotQ,

thanks for the nice posting comrad... You posting in regards to the honesty and easiness to work with US dealers (from which I don't want to take away anything) incline that Europeans are not... I really hope you didn't mean it in that sense.

The DHL shipping cost for 10 KG (20 Pounds) of material is $57!!. I don't think that is too much, is it ?

Hi Markus. I do not think Arnot meant anything derogatory about you or any other European dealers. Actually, he didn't really say anything about honesty or easiness to work with at all, regardless of dealer. He was just advising that he felt like the shipping charges was not worth it.

For example, the same 20 pounds of wood shipped within the US would be about $20.

Yeah shipping is a legit concern. I always factor the shipping of wood into cost per square. I am sometimes willing to pay a little more for a particular piece that I really like though. That certainly is some nice looking figure in those woods Marcus. Good Luck with the sale:)

Well only if you send me one of your cuies as a free sample, while I consider purchasing one *lol :)

Well, anyway. I know that shipping is an issue. But this wood is well worth it. It is not originally from the US and of a quality (Birds eye) I have never seen before. If you check the prices with other well known sellers you will quickly find out that even with the shipping its an absolutely fair price.

Hi Nipper,

I do certainly not reveal where the wood is from .. The shipping to the UK is about 32€ (EURO) with DHL for about 10 pieces.
