Well, if he ignores my question and continues to post "This is a great event" I would have to consider this a sign of disrespect and act accordingly.

You guys are too funny! Technically, his canned response is two unrelated clauses under the guise of one sentence, so it would be better to divide them as such:

This will be a great event! [note the exclamation mark for emphasis and enthusiasm].

followed by...

We hope to see everyone there! ["We" shows it's a team effort. Again, the exclamation mark signifies emphasis and enthusiasm.]

You can write it anyway you want but, the bottom line is, Mr Mezz Cue doesn't bother to read or respond to questions on his own thread.

I am with Rich on this one. If you are going to use a Forum for communication and promotion for your tournament...the very least you can do is reply to questions, especially when the people asking have a genuine interest in playing in your tour, thereby generating a small income for YOU.

Again, a lack of respect and consideration...and I'm sorry...NO ONE is that busy that they cannot reply.

If you're too busy, then get a colleague to help.

Forum use for this particular tour has been lackluster, dismal and very disappointing.

If you are making a little money running this tour, that means it should be treated as a business...which would also mean the lack of communication would amount to poor customer service.

Will be a great tournament especially with the Ladies playing on Sunday.

As you all know Doug Sharp has passed a short time ago. I will be brining his 6 point Black Boar Playing Cue to show if anyone is interested in making an offer. The cue is valued at between $6K - $12K. It was Doug's playing cue for the past 8 years and has been tweeked by Tony at Blackboar dozens and dozens of times. It is a great playing cue.

Let me know if there is any interest.
